Website privacy
Privacy & cookies.
How this website uses optional analytics, and how to control your choice.

Who runs this website
Browning Oven Services Ltd is responsible for this website. For privacy questions or requests, email admin@browningovenservices.com or write to our London office: Pavilion Club, 96 Kensington High Street, London W8 4SG, United Kingdom.
Your analytics choice
Google Analytics is optional and is off until you select Accept analytics. Rejecting it does not affect access to our pages, contact details or films. Use to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing permission stops further analytics and removes this site's accessible Google Analytics cookies. Your previous consented data may already have been processed.
We remember your accepted or rejected choice in your browser's local storage for up to 180 days. Clearing browser storage, changing browser or visiting a different website hostname may mean you are asked again. This preference is used only to apply your choice.
What optional analytics measures
If you accept, Google Analytics receives page and interaction information, browser/device information, an online cookie identifier and approximate location. This helps us understand traffic sources, useful services and contact intent. We measure page views and scrolling, phone/email link clicks, film starts, progress and completion, and contractor or administration portal link clicks.
Phone and email clicks show contact intent; they do not prove an enquiry was received. We do not send email subjects, message contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses or portal credentials through our custom events. Page queries and fragments are removed from the page address supplied to Analytics, and the referring address is reduced to its website origin. We do not enable Google signals, advertising personalisation or remarketing in this setup.
The first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and maintain analytics sessions. Our tag sets a 180-day expiry; Google may refresh that expiry during consented visits. Non-aggregated event data is retained for two months. User data is retained for 14 months, with that period reset by new activity. Aggregate reports may be retained longer.
Google and international processing
Google processes Analytics information on our behalf under its Analytics terms and data-processing terms. Processing can involve transfers outside the UK. Google describes its safeguards and your controls in its Privacy Policy and Analytics data safeguards. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Contacting BOS and external services
Our email links open your email application; they do not submit an enquiry through a website form. When you contact us, BOS uses the information you supply to respond and manage the requested business relationship. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Social links, the Contractor Portal, JobLogic and publisher websites are separate services with their own privacy information and access controls.
Website hosting also handles information needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure. The analytics controls above apply to optional Google Analytics, not essential hosting or services you choose to open separately.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can withdraw analytics consent using Cookie settings. Contact BOS about a request, or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
