Specialist Oven & Flue Cleaning
Planned technical cleaning of baking chambers, oven bands, flues and extraction, with condition findings to help prioritise follow-up maintenance.
Clean the equipment. Make the findings useful.
Specialist cleaning is part of caring for the oven and understanding its condition. BOS plans cleaning of baking chambers, conveyor areas, flues and extraction around the construction, deposits, available access and production window. Relevant wear and defects found during the work are recorded and carried forward into maintenance priorities.
Baking chambers, bands & conveyor areas
- Deposits removed from baking chambers and accessible internal components within the agreed coverage.
- Oven band, band-cleaning and conveyor areas included where appropriate to the equipment and cleaning method.
- Feed-end, delivery-end and under-oven areas addressed as part of the defined clean.
Flues, extraction & end hoods
- Cleaning of oven flues, extraction ductwork and oven end hoods.
- Extraction and circulation fans, filters and accessible associated components included in the work plan.
- Prover and associated equipment cleaning arranged where included in the package.
Methods, findings & follow-up
- Cleaning methods selected for the deposits, equipment materials and purpose of the work.
- Appropriate hygiene-cleaning requirements and acceptance criteria agreed for the task.
- Wear, damaged seals, insulation defects and other visible concerns photographed and recorded for prioritised maintenance follow-up.
Technical cleaning and hygiene cleaning have different purposes; the method and expected result are established for the task.
What your team receives
Your team receives a coordinated clean and a useful condition record from the agreed production window, with identified repairs carried forward into a separate work plan.
- A cleaning plan defining equipment, areas, methods, access and production arrangements.
- A record of the areas cleaned and relevant photographs of condition findings.
- Clear follow-up requirements to support repair priorities and the next maintenance visit.

How BOS brings it together
Engineering work, clearly organised.
Findings become work priorities.
We review equipment condition, reported symptoms, operator observations and maintenance records. Findings become a defined list of tasks, priorities and any further investigation needed.
Prepare the job before attendance.
BOS brings the work, people, parts and access into one plan. Allowing for component lead times and production windows helps your team organise the work and understand the likely commitments.
Close the loop after the work.
Work completed, inspection findings and specialist returns feed back into the equipment record. Outstanding defects stay visible, with recurring problems and follow-up priorities reviewed for the next visit.
Prepared for the equipment.
Competent people and reviewed methods support each task. Cooling, access, isolation, permits and handback are planned with your team. Where confined-space entry may be required, the assessment and specialist arrangements are established before work starts.
