The business is built on decades of hands-on bakery oven engineering experience, led by Keith Browning’s long-standing technical knowledge across industrial bakery ovens, travelling ovens, rack ovens and associated production equipment.
BOS provides technical oven cleaning, flue cleaning, planned maintenance, inspections, Oven MOT condition reviews, repairs, rebuilds, access modifications, wire band support, heat-loss checks and site-ready engineering works.
Our focus is practical engineering support that helps bakeries manage reliability, downtime, fire-risk reduction, cleaning requirements, maintenance visibility and planned shutdown priorities.
Where required, works can be supported with RAMS, risk assessments, method statements, access planning and confined-space arrangements
